Brothers Drew and Eric discuss the 2024 film Smile 2, the follow up with Smile, which we loved (and discussed in episode 496). Eric like this as much but Drew found it unsatisfying. Drew wanted an exploration of the universe that he did not get. Eric loved the main character enough to forgive the film for not aiming higher.

Brothers J and Eric discuss the 2021 Ralph Fiennes film “The Dig,” which was deliberately paced but still good. Along the way they discuss CPR rhythm songs and the top pop songs from 1939.
